Rotary Club Raises Funds with Cycling for Scholars

Want to help local students get a college education? Ride the Saturday, May 3 RACC (Ride Around Clark County is sponsored by the Vancouver Bike Club)!

Members of the Rotary Club of Vancouver are “riding the RACC” raising money for scholarships for local students. These Rotarians are “Cycling for Scholars.” Routes include 99, 66, 34 and 18 mile rides.  All are beautiful, all are fun!

If you would like to contribute to a local student’s scholarship via Rotary—100% of the funds go to the local students—you can contact Dean Sutherland (VBC member and Cycling for Scholars Rotarian).

You can ride with the Cycling for Scholars group, contribute financially (any amount helps and is tax deductible—Vancouver Rotary Foundation), or contribute and ride.

The RACC is a great ride and the VBC is very generous to allow the Rotary Club to join the ride and raise additional funds for scholars. All Cycling for Scholar riders must register for the RACC.
